Gordon-Levitt shares photo of Singaporean lady in the rain

So Gordon-Levitt shared a photo recently and called for one-sentence story contributions.

That post, which shows a lady jumping into the puddle of water in the rain, has created quite a buzz among Singaporeans.

Yup, the photo is taken in Singapore.

Impromptu shots near Elias Mall back in April

The lady featured in the photo is one Amanda Ho, 30, who teaches yoga and art. She is now conducting a charity workout session called "Courage SG".

Speaking to Mothership, Ho shared that she took the photo in April this year when it was raining a lot.

She then posted it on the Hit Record app.

Ho explained how the photo came about:

"I was walking home from Elias mall and I saw this puddle and just wanted to jump in it so I told my friend to take some photos while I did. I know it's kinda childish but I enjoyed myself."

Months later, she was thrilled to find out that Gordon-Levitt shared her photo from Hit Record.

Ho also shared that the photo is actually part of a series:

While Ho is overjoyed that her photo was featured, she thinks it might have been a bot or someone helped to schedule such posts.

"But it is nice to think if he is the one who saw my photo and shared it hehe," she added.

That said, her favourite part of this surprise is still reading those one-sentence stories in the comment section.

Here are some of her favourite stories:
