Conrad Hotel S'pore offering S$55++ buffet: 55 dishes, including unlimited chilli crab & fried mantou

From Aug. 1 to 31, Conrad Centennial Singapore is offering a S$55++ (S$64.35) buffet as part of their National Day Celebrations.

The spread consists of 55 dishes, including chilli crab and fried mantou (buns).

The menu is divided into seven sections:

  • The ice bar
  • Oscar's signature
  • Plant-based and wellness
  • Western comforts
  • Local flavours
  • Indian flavours
  • Dessert

Order the dishes you would like to try, and they will be served directly from the kitchen.

Highlights include the platter of oysters, snow crabs, sea prawns and mussels, sashimi platter, and roast rib eye, Singapore chili crab, just to name a few.

Dessert is a selection of both traditional and "modern" items, from the Peranakan platter to bread and butter pudding.

Plus durian puffs, of course.
