You can probably find a good number of younger folks actively using Instagram.
Many public figures are already engaging young Singaporeans online via Instagram but a handful still do not have an account.
But it's never too late to do so.
The latest politician who has decided to start an account is Minister of Trade and Industry, Chan Chun Sing.
Chan announced on Aug. 8 that he now has an Instagram account.
His first post? The view of a Buona Vista estate on the eve of National Day:

Chan said in a Facebook post that many people have been urging him to join Instagram.
He was told that many people are on Instagram and he thought he would be missing out on something if he did not have one.
As of the time of writing, Chan has 833 followers and is following 46 people.
He mostly follows other PAP politicians' accounts.
