Ice cream flavours are getting more interesting of late, with quirky flavours like bubble tea ice cream.
Now, beer-flavoured ice cream has joined the list.
Beer ice cream
Singapore-based company Happy Ice will be importing the German Black Beer ice cream from China.
If you're wondering what it looks like, the ice cream is shaped to look just like a beer bottle:
According to Happy Ice's Facebook page, the ice cream has chocolate and black beer coating.
Beer lava centre
The ice cream is essentially rye-flavoured and has bits of rye grain in it.
The most interesting part of the ice cream has to be the beer lava in the centre of the ice cream.
The ice cream contains one per cent volume of alcohol.
S$12.90 for 3
A pack of three costs $12.90.
This ice cream will be available exclusively at Sheng Siong outlets from July 13.
One can also pre-order from Happy Ice via its website.
