Homegrown bubble tea brand Fruce opens 2nd outlet at Nex

Fruce has opened their second outlet at Nex shopping mall in Serangoon.

It takes over another bubble tea brand, Taigai, in basement 2.

Fruce first opened in the basement of Wisma Atria in 2016.

The homegrown brand is known for their fusion of fruit and localised flavours.

The menu is split into three categories: Coconut, Fusion, and Refresh.

The brand's concoctions are sufficiently interesting, to name a few examples:

  • Coconut Mocha Macchiato (S$3.70)
  • Pandan Matcha coconut (S$4.30)
  • D24 Durian Pandan (S$5)
  • Handmade Taro Fuzato (S$4.50)
  • Banana Latte (S$4.70)

Slightly more common combinations, such as Avocado Coconut (S$4.50), White Peach Tea (S$3.70), Pink Lychee Tea (S$3.80), and Strawberry Shirozu (S$3.80), are also available.

Toppings are varied, with options such as grass jelly, aiyu jelly, and coconut flesh.

Sugar levels are customisable.

Fruce joins a few other bubble tea brands at Nex, including Playmade, Gongcha, and Yuan Cha.
