An ongoing promotion at footwear store Skechers allows you to buy a second pair of shoes for S$1.

Some caveats to get out of the way: The promotion is not applicable to accessories, and no exchanges or refunds are allowed.
Note that not all models will fall under the promotion as well, although there is a decent range available.
Happily enough, the Sailor Moon collection is included.
Items on sale are indicated by a red tag attached.

Their shoes are typically over S$100 a pair, so be prepared to spend as much.
Children's shoes, on the other hand, are about S$60 to S$70.
