An elderly man in Singapore is looking for his family, according to an appeal on St. Andrew's Community Hospital's (SACH) Instagram page.

81-year-old Tang Chor Peng (陈楚平) is a critically-ill patient in SACH's palliative care ward.

Last wish to contact family members

It is Tang's last wish to be able to meet his family members, whom he lost contact with more than 30 years ago.

Last contact in 1985

He was last in contact with his ex-wife and three daughters back in 1985.

His ex-wife's name is 林巧玉 (Lin Qiao Yu), while his daughters are 陈秀珍 (Chen Xiu Zhen), 陈秀莲 (Chen Xiu Lian), and 陈素贞 (Chen Su Zhen).

Back then, the family used to live at New Upper Changi Road.

Tang also has a younger brother, 陈旭平 (Chen Xu Ping), that he would like to meet.

According to the post, his brother lived in Boon Lay with his two children.
