Pang Kok Keong, the chef behind Pang's Hakka Delicacies is back again with some very beautifully-made dumplings.

First off, there is the Mochi Dumpling (S$7). You get pork belly, Chinese mushroom, dried shrimps, dried cuttlefish, yam, beancurd, preserved radish — all encased in a marbled sweet potato mochi skin.
