Delivery bag was too big
In a separate tweet, he explained that when he first entered the lift, his GrabFood delivery bag was blocking the lift's sensor.
The lift door could not close, so he decided to squeeze inside and bend his body down in a weird angle.
However, the bike ended up pinning him in place, preventing him from getting back up.

Legs cramped up
According to AsiaOne, the incident happened in a HDB block lift at Tampines.
The 18-year-old rider was on his way to his friend's house to get his bicycle fixed.
He added that his legs started to cramp up while he was stuck.
