Good Class Bungalows (GCBs) in Singapore are a certain category of property, with specific size and location criteria.

Designated within prime residential districts and with a minimum land plot size of 1,400 sq m, these properties are not only highly exclusive but also sought-after for those who can afford them.

And if you've ever wondered what it's like on the inside, a YouTube video by Jervis Ng from JNA Real Estate offers a glimpse into one of the GCBs.

The property, which costs a whopping S$63 million, has a build-up of 34,000 sq ft.

The owner apparently took a total of four years to build this, using 100 trailers to move every relic into the house.

The place was designed by the same architects behind Pinnacle@Duxton, and was modelled after the Tang Dynasty capital Chang'an.
