Singapore may enter Phase 2 of re-opening plans before end June

On Monday, June 1, Singapore officially exited the Circuit Breaker and entered Phase 1 of re-opening plans.

Before this, the Covid-19 Multi-Ministry Taskforce had also announced on Thursday, May 28, that the country may enter Phase 2 of re-opening plans before the end of June.

However, this decision would depend on whether community transmissions and infection rates over the first two weeks of June remain low and stable.
