Bak chang burgers available in S'pore from S$9.90 per set, includes lychee pearl bubble tea

Local bar and kitchen Route 65 is launching bak chang burgers from June 15-30 for Dragon Boat Festival.

Two types of bak chang burgers will be available: Pork and Shoyu Beef.

Pork Bak Chang Rice Burger Set (S$9.90)

The burger consists of thinly-sliced pork belly, onions, red chilli, shimeji mushrooms, tomatoes, and five spice between rice buns.

The set comes with a black lemon tea with lychee pearls.

Shoyu Beef Bak Chang Rice Burger Set (S$10.90)

On the other hand, the Shoyu Beef Bak Chang Rice Burger features beef ribeye, onions, red chilli, Shimeji mushrooms, tomatoes, and sweet shoyu sauce between rice buns.

The set also includes a black lemon tea with lychee pearls.

For orders above S$50, customers will get two traditional bak changs made by the chef's mum.

This is limited to 20 orders a day.

To order, head over to the Route 65's site from June 15.

Both delivery and self-pick are available for the restaurant.

Free delivery is available for orders above S$70. Otherwise, fees are calculated by distance.

Alternatively, you can opt for self pick-up.
