M1 users in West, Central, & Eastern parts of S'pore face WiFi issues during early morning

At 7.51am on May 12, 2020, M1 posted a Facebook update about fibre services issues some customers might be facing.

The affected areas according to M1 is "in the western, central and eastern parts of Singapore".

Here's their first update.

[First update] Customers may experience difficulties in accessing fibre services in some areas in the western, central and eastern parts of Singapore. Our engineers are working hard to resolve the issue. We apologise for the inconvenience and will provide updates as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Down in the morning

According to Downdetector, the spike in issues appear to have started at 7am.

Starhub also had an issue of internet services going down during Circuit Breaker last month.
