From mid-April to May this year, several photos of Japan's Kuju flower park have popped up on Instagram, with each post garnering thousands of likes.
Some of these photos depict the blooming flower fields in varying colours, depending on the season in which they were taken:

https://www.instagram.com/p/B-GoM1-Foy-/The park, which is around 520,000 square metres in size, is located in the Oita prefecture of Kyushu Island.
It is also home to a total of five million flowers in 500 different varieties.
Some of these species include lavender, salvia, blue berries, pink moss, tulips, sunflowers and poppies.
Park is currently still open, but only to visitors from the Oita prefecture
The park recently reopened on May 18 after closing temporarily from April 22 this year.
However, opening hours have been shortened, and visitors from outside the Oita prefecture have been advised against visiting.

Nevertheless, one can still bookmark this location for when international travel once again resumes.
