How to keep active in a 'circuit breaker' situation

SportSG recommends everyone to continue their exercise routine at home, such as by making use of online resources and follow along to a virtual workout routine.

SportSG also has plans to enhance their online programmes to offer virtual classes and events.

If one wishes to exercise outdoors, do so in your immediate neighbourhood in open, uncrowded places. Make sure that you exercise alone, or only with members of your household.

You can exercise in public parks or open-air stadiums, but do observe safe distancing at all times. Do not gather in groups, do not linger, and return home promptly after exercising.
