In thanking Razer CEO Tan Min-liang for his mask donation, Hollywood actor Ryan Reynolds had referred to his kind gesture as "actual heroism".

"Wow"

Tan had responded to Reynolds' call for mask donations to frontline medical workers in Toronto, Canada, on Monday, April 6.

Tweeting two replies to Reynolds' post, Tan explained that his gaming company that he co-founded had repurposed a few of their manufacturing lines to produce masks, and that they had procured masks from other companies as well.

He said shipments for the one million masks they planned on donating globally are going out at the moment, and that he could ship them over to Canada as quickly as possible should he get an address.

The Deadpool actor then responded to Tan's offer, exclaiming "wow", and said, "this is actual heroism".

He added three raising hands emojis to his reply too.

Tan later joked in response: "Wait. Did Deadpool just call us heroes."

Reynolds said Tan is part of the X-Force

Tan subsequently tweeted a picture of a FedEx delivery staff with boxes filled with 10,000 surgical masks, asking if he could join the X-Force a group of fictional superheroes that appear in Marvel comic books now that he has completed what he said he would.

Reynolds then tweeted back in response, saying Tan is "100 percent on the X-Force team", and even asked if he knows how to skydive a reference to Deadpool's newly gathered X-Force mates dying tragically in a skydiving incident before their first mission.

Reynolds even posted a picture of Deadpool holding a black and white photo of Tan as well, perhaps to show that Tan is now part of the X-Force.
