Covid-19: 1,016 new cases preliminarily confirmed on April 22, 2020, bringing total to 10,141

The Ministry of Health (MOH) has preliminarily confirmed 1,016 new cases of Covid-19 infection on Wednesday, April 22, 2020.

This brings the total number of cases in Singapore to 10,141.

The vast majority of cases remain Work Permit holders residing in foreign worker dormitories.

There are also 15 Singaporeans and Permanent Residents among the new cases reported today.

MOH said that it is currently working through the details of the cases, and further updates will be shared via a separate MOH press release later on Tuesday evening.
