Covid-19: 3 new clusters at ICA Building, Sungei Kadut Avenue dorm & NUH renovation site

198 new cases of Covid-19 have been announced by the Ministry of Health on Apr. 10.

98 cases are linked to existing clusters and 29 are linked to other cases.

However, 71 cases remain unlinked.

MOH has also identified three new clusters in Singapore.

The details are as follows.

ICA Building

One new case confirmed on Friday is linked to four previous cases, forming a cluster of five cases at the ICA Building, located at 10 Kallang Road.

Case 1553 is a 49-year old male Singapore Citizen, confirmed with Covid-19 on Apr. 7.

Case 1650 is a 42-year old male Singapore Citizen, confirmed with Covid-19 on Apr. 8.

Case 1698 is a 66-year old female Singapore Citizen, confirmed with Covid-19 on Apr. 8.

Case 1733 is a 39-year old female Singapore Citizen, confirmed with Covid-19 on Apr. 8.

Case 1950 is a 23-year-old male Singapore Citizen who confirmed with Covid-19 on Apr. 10.

The cases were subsequently identified in an ICA statement as three ICA officers (Cases 1553, 1650 and 1698), a healthcare assistant (Case 1733), and an Auxiliary Police Officer engaged by ICA at ICA Building (Case 1950)

Sungei Kadut dormitory

Four previously confirmed cases have been linked to a new cluster at a dormitory at 31 Sungei Kadut Avenue.

Case 1731 8 Apr NCID is a 41-year-old male Bangladeshi national and Singapore Work Pass holder.

Case 1735 is a 30-year-old male Bangladeshi national and Long Term Pass holder.

Case 1830 is a 34-year old male Bangladeshi national and Singapore Work Pass holder.

Case 1831 is a 25-year old male Bangladeshi national and Long Term Pass holder.

NUH renovation site

Five new cases are linked to nine previous cases, forming a cluster of 14 cases at a renovation site at the National University Hospital, located at 5 Lower Kent Ridge Road.

Case 1146 is a 33-year-old male Bangladeshi national and Singapore Work Pass Holder.

Case 1478 is 42-year-old male Indian national and Singapore Work Pass Holder.

Case 1563 is a 50-year-old male Singapore citizen.

Case 1665 is a 63-year-old male Singapore citizen.

Case 1724 is a 28-year-old male Indian national and Long Term Pass Holder.

Case 1725 is a 26-year-old male Indian national Singapore Work Pass holder.

Case 1834 is a 21-year-old male Indian national.

Case 1837 is a 32-year-old male Indian national who is a Long Term Pass holder.

Case 1838 is a 27-year-old male Indian national who is a Long Term Pass holder.
