In a bid to curb social gatherings in public during the circuit breaker period, tapes have been placed almost everywhere all over Singapore.
While these may stop most Singapore residents and foreigners from gathering, it's not stopping another group of Singapore residents from resting at these demarcated spots.
Cats breaking the circuit
