Wizlearn the 2nd biggest Covid-19 cluster in S'pore. Here are the 14 cases & how they are linked

The Wizlearn Technologies Covid-19 cluster has grown to become Singapore's second largest cluster, just four days after the first case was first announced by the Ministry of Health (MOH).

Founded in 2000, Wizlearn Technologies is an eLearning solutions company in Singapore.

As of Mar. 3, the cluster is linked to 14 confirmed cases. They are Cases 93, 95, 97, 98, 99, 100, 101, 102, 103, 104, 105, 108 and 110.

Case 93 is linked to Cases 95, 97, 99, 100, 101, 103 and 104.

Case 95 is linked to Cases 97 and 105, while Case 101 is linked to Cases 102, 103 and 108.

Here are their profiles:

Case 93

Case 93 is a 38 year-old male Singapore Citizen who has no recent travel history to China, Daegu and Cheongdo. He is currently warded in an isolation room at Ng Teng Fong General Hospital (NTFGH).

He reported onset of symptoms on Feb. 17 and had sought treatment at a GP clinic on 18 Feb. 18 and Feb. 23. He presented at NTFGH on Feb. 25 and was immediately isolated. Subsequent test results confirmed COVID-19 infection on the morning of Feb. 26.

Prior to hospital admission, he had mostly stayed at his home at Bukit Batok Street 31.

Case 95

Case 95 is a 44 year-old male Singapore Citizen who has no recent travel history to China, Daegu and Cheongdo. He is currently warded in an isolation room at NCID. He is linked to Case 93.

He reported onset of symptoms on Feb. 22 and had sought treatment at two GP clinics on Feb. 25 and Feb. 26.

He was referred to NCID on the same day and was immediately isolated. Subsequent test results confirmed COVID-19 infection on the morning of Feb. 27

Prior to hospital admission, he had attended business meetings at Sport Singapore (3 Stadium Drive), Singapore Aviation Academy (1 Aviation Drive) and Toa Payoh Hub (490 Lorong 6 Toa Payoh), and visited Toa Payoh Sport Centre (297 Lorong 6 Toa Payoh).

He stays at Choa Chu Kang Crescent.

Case 97

Case 97 is a 44 year-old female Singapore Permanent Resident who has no recent travel history to China, Daegu and Cheongdo.

She is currently warded in an isolation room at the National Centre for Infectious Diseases (NCID). She is linked to Cases 93 and 95.

She reported onset of symptoms on Feb. 20 and had sought treatment at a general practitioner (GP) clinic on the same day.

As she had been identified as a close contact of Case 93, she was referred by MOH to NCID on Feb. 27 and was immediately isolated. Subsequent test results confirmed COVID-19 infection on the afternoon of Feb. 27.

Prior to hospital admission, she had gone to work at Wizlearn Technologies Pte Ltd and attended a business meeting at the Agency for Integrated Care (5 Maxwell Road).

She stays at Choa Chu Kang North 5.

Case 98

Case 98 is a 24 year-old male Singapore Permanent Resident who has no recent travel history to China, Daegu and Cheongdo. He is currently warded in an isolation room at NCID.

He reported onset of symptoms on Feb. 27 and had sought treatment at a GP clinic on the same day where he was conveyed to NCID by ambulance.

Subsequent test results confirmed COVID-19 infection on the morning of Feb. 28.

Prior to hospital admission, he had mostly stayed at his home at Jurong West Street 61.

Case 99

Case 99 is a 27 year-old male Singapore Citizen who has no recent travel history to China, Daegu and Cheongdo.

He is currently warded in an isolation room at the National Centre for Infectious Diseases (NCID).

He reported onset of symptoms on Feb. 21. He had sought treatment at a general practitioner (GP) clinic on Feb. 25, and Pioneer Polyclinic on Feb. 28.

As he had been identified as a close contact of Case 93, he was referred by MOH to NCID on Feb. 28 and was immediately isolated.

Subsequent test results confirmed COVID-19 infection on Feb. 28 afternoon.

Prior to hospital admission, he had mostly stayed at his home at Jurong West Street 81.

Case 100

Case 100 is a 20 year-old male Malaysian national, who has no recent travel history to China, Daegu and Cheongdo.

He is currently warded in an isolation room at NCID.

He reported onset of symptoms on Feb. 27 and had sought treatment at a GP clinic the next day.

As he had been identified as a close contact of Case 93, he was referred by MOH to NCID on Feb. 28 and was immediately isolated.

Subsequent test results confirmed COVID-19 infection on Feb. 28 afternoon.

Prior to hospital admission, he had mostly stayed at his home at Holland Avenue.

Case 101

Case 101 is a 61 year-old male Singapore Citizen who has no recent travel history to China, Daegu and Cheongdo.

He was confirmed to have COVID-19 infection on Feb. 29 and is currently warded in an isolation room at Ng Teng Fong General Hospital (NTFGH). He is linked to Case 93.

Case 102

Case 102 is a 41 year-old female Filipino national who is a Singapore Work Pass holder, and has no recent travel history to China, Daegu and Cheongdo.

She is Case 101’s foreign domestic worker. She was confirmed to have COVID-19 infection on Feb. 29 and is currently warded in an isolation room at NTFGH.

Case 103

Case 103 is a 37 year-old female Singapore Citizen who has no recent travel history to China, Daegu and Cheongdo.

However, she had been in Batam from Feb. 21 February to Feb. 23. She is currently warded in an isolation room at the National Centre for Infectious Diseases (NCID).

She is a family member of Case 93, and is linked to Case 101.

As she had been identified as a close contact of Case 93 and had reported not having any recent illness, she was issued a home quarantine order on Feb. 26.

On 29 February, she revealed that she had onset of symptoms on 20 February and had sought treatment at a general practitioner (GP) clinic on Feb. 25. She was immediately conveyed to NCID in an ambulance and was isolated. Subsequent test results confirmed COVID-19 infection on Mar. 1.

Prior to hospital admission, she had gone to work at Asia Asset Recovery Pte Ltd.

She stays at Bukit Batok Street 31.

Case 104

Case 104 is a 25 year-old female Myanmar national who has no recent travel history to China, Daegu and Cheongdo.

She visited Batam from Feb. 21 February to 23. She is a foreign domestic worker employed by Case 103. She is currently warded in an isolation room at NCID.

As she had been identified as a close contact of Case 93 and had reported not having any recent illness, she was issued a home quarantine order on Feb. 26.

On Feb. 29, she revealed that she had onset of symptoms on Feb. 23. She was immediately conveyed to NCID in an ambulance and was isolated. Subsequent test results confirmed COVID-19 infection on Mar. 1.

Prior to hospital admission, she had mostly stayed at home at Bukit Batok Street 31.

Case 105

Case 105 is a 49 year-old male Singapore Citizen who has no recent travel history to China, Daegu and Cheongdo. He is currently warded in an isolation room at NCID.

As he is linked to the cluster at Wizlearn Technologies Pte Ltd and had reported not having any recent illness, he was issued a home quarantine order on Feb. 27 February.

On Feb. 29, he revealed that he had onset of symptoms on Feb. 26 and had sought treatment at a GP clinic on the same day. He was immediately conveyed to NCID in an ambulance and was isolated. Subsequent test results confirmed COVID-19 infection on Mar. 1.

Prior to hospital admission, he had attended a business meeting at Toa Payoh Hub with Case 95. He stays at Upper Bukit Timah Road.

Case 108

Case 108 is a 34 year-old female Filipino national who is a Singapore Work Pass holder, and has no recent travel history to China, Daegu and Cheongdo.

She is a foreign domestic worker employed by Case 101, and works in the same household as Case 102.

She was confirmed to have COVID-19 infection on Mar. 2 and is currently warded in an isolation room at Ng Teng Fong General Hospital.

Case 110

Case 110 is a 33 year-old male Singapore Citizen who has no recent travel history to affected countries and regions. He is currently warded in an isolation room at the National Centre for Infectious Diseases.
