Upon the SCDF's arrival, the fire had fully engulfed a warehouse at No. 18 Jalan Besut, which belongs to Chasen Holdings.

The SCDF operated three water jets, two monitors and two Unmanned Firefighting Machines to surround the fire.

As of 10:30pm, there were no new updates on the SCDF's Facebook page.

Members of the public in the immediate vicinity, who are subscribers to M1 StarHub and SingTel, have been informed to stay away from the area via the SGSecure mobile app.

The blaze and huge smoke are clearly visible from a distance away.
