The global Covid-19 outbreak might have disrupted many families' travelling plans.

This period could be a good time to visit local attractions as recommended by PM Lee.

Several attractions are running promotions in a bid to increase visitorship.

1-for-1 promo at all 4 S'pore wildlife parks

Wildlife Reserves Singapore announced a 1-for-1 promotion for all local residents visiting its wildlife parks.

These include admission to Jurong Bird Park, Night Safari, River Safari and Singapore Zoo.

Furthermore, every ticket will come with an additional S$2 retail voucher.

The promotion runs from March 13 to 22 in view of the upcoming school holiday in March.

Tickets are available for purchase online and onsite.

Stepping up precautionary measures against Covid-19

The wildlife parks have also heightened their precautionary measures with temperature screening and hourly disinfection across the parks and offices.

WRS assures that all animals are closely monitored by the keepers and vets as part of a regular healthcare regime.

The parks are mostly outdoors which means good ventilation.
