An online petition started by one Autumn Boehle in late 2015 to send the President of the United States, Donald Trump, has come back to life again.

The petition was created when Trump was running for the United States presidency.

Back then, Boehle wrote that this was his solution to stop hearing any further "outrageous thing that Donald Trump has said, done, wants to do, believes, etc".

He wrote on the petition page that he would even add a link to appeal for donation to make this happen if there is enough support for this.

Petition to send Trump to space gained almost 130,000 signatures

The petition addressed to the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) only garnered about 14,000 signatures in 2015.

Five years on, the petition has gained momentum again in 2020 due to the way Trump has handled or mishandled the Covid-19 outbreak the past few weeks.

Several who left comments on the petition also called Trump a racist.

Most recently, Trump was caught disagreeing with top immunologist Anthony Fauci on camera over the effectiveness of malaria drug on Covid-19.

On March 20, Trump was grilled by a reporter for giving Americans false hopes and putting out misinformation.

Trump hit back at the reporter in defence, saying that the latter is doing "really bad reporting" and insisted that he has "been right a lot".
