A promoter working at Robinsons The Heeren was allegedly diagnosed with Covid-19 and the place was professionally disinfected last night (Mar. 9).

According to a Mar. 9 letter seen by Mothership, the promoter worked in Robinsons from Feb. 28 to Mar. 3.

She was diagnosed six days later on Mar. 9.

According to the letter, which was signed by Director of Robinson and Company (Singapore), Danny Lim, the promoter is linked to the SAFRA Jurong cluster.

Promoter passed store's temperature checks

Lim said the the promoter did not display any symptoms while working in the store and had passed the store's "rigorous temperature checks".

"Accordingly, we have closed the store early and will be professionally disinfecting the entire store from 11pm onwards today (Mar. 9). This was the earliest available appointment for professional disinfecting," said Lim.

Lim added in his letter that the store has undergone (and will continue to undergo) daily disinfection ever since the DORSCON level was raised to Orange.

Temperature checks and travel declaration will continue, Lim said.

Mothership has confirmed with The Heeren's management office that Robinsons is closed today (Mar. 10).
