[Editor's note on Mar. 11, 10:54pm: The TOP date has been amended to the last quarter of 2020, instead of 2019.]

PoMo mall will soon be revamped into GR.ID, a lifestyle and entertainment mall.

The mall, which is near institutions like School of the Arts Singapore and Singapore Management University, will be accessible via Bencoolen, Dhoby Ghaut, and Bras Basah MRT stations.

While not much details have been released, its property listing states that it is a "convergence of work, [life], and play targeting Millennials and Gen Z for a lifestyle experience that cannot be replicated online."

Which is really quite vague, so here's a look at some illustrations instead.

From another commercial listing, it seems that Basement 1 of the new mall will be a F&B space that is accessible from the street 24 hours a day.

The target TOP (Temporary Occupation Permit) was slated for the last quarter of 2020, but no tenants have been publicly announced so far.
