According to the BBC, Trudeau is continuing daily activities while monitoring his health.
He has, "out of an abundance of caution", decided to work from home.
Meetings have been postponed while he is under self-isolation, although Trudeau will continue to speak to Canada's First Ministers over the phone.
Gregoire-Trudeau showed mild flu-like symptoms on Wednesday night after returning from London but her symptoms have since subsided.
According to Cameron Ahmad, Trudeau's communications director, she is currently waiting for her test results.
