Covid-19: 2 S'pore colleagues visited Batam with helper prior to infection

They were in Batam from Feb. 21-23.

Four new Covid-19 cases in Singapore have been reported by the Ministry of Health on Sunday, March 1, bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 106.

Three infected patients went to Batam in February

Three of the infected patients, Cases 101, 103, and 104 have been to Batam from Feb. 21 to 23.

According to MOH, both Cases 101 and 103 work at Asia Asset Recovery Pte Ltd in 2019 Bukit Batok Industrial Park A.

Case 104 is the helper of Case 103.

Here are their profiles:

  • Case 101: 61 year-old male Singapore Citizen
  • Case 103: 37-year-old female Singaporean
  • Case 102: 41 year-old female Filipino national
  • Case 104: 25-year-old female Myanmar national

It was identified that Case 103 (female Singaporean) is a family member of Case 93.

Case 93 is a 38 year-old male Singapore Citizen associated with the cluster in Wizlearn Technologies Pte Ltd.

Prior to hospital admission on Feb. 28, Case 101 had also visited the Eye Clinic at NTFGH with Case 102 (his helper).
