There has been three confirmed cases of Covid-19 at The Bayshore condominium, which is located at 34 Bayshore Rd in Bedok/Tanah Merah.

This was according to an internal circular by the condominium's management on Mar. 23, seen by Mothership.

Three cases in three towers

The three cases are located in Tower 1B, 2A and 2B. The specific units affected are not known.

No further details on the cases were released.

The circular also stated that the Ministry of Health will be conduct contact tracing if required.

Precautionary measures have been implemented to protect residents.

All facilities like the tennis courts, swimming pools, playgrounds, fitness areas, multi-purpose hall, karaoke room, games room, lounges, gym and golf facilities will be closed till Apr. 3.

This is to prevent the potential spread of the virus through the use of these communal facilities.

Booking fees and deposits for the facilities will also be refunded to residents.

The circular added that all blocks will undergo disinfection, and towers will have additional cleaning measures.

The management advised residents not to congregate in large groups, and advised children against playing in groups during this period.
