ItsRainingRaincoats, a community initiative for migrant workers in Singapore, is appealing for baby items for Case 42's family.

Case 42 is a Bangladeshi worker linked to the Seletar Aerospace Heights cluster.

The worker, who has been in the ICU since Feb. 7, has a pregnant wife.

Eight months pregnant

Speaking to Mothership, Dipa Swaminathan from ItsRainingRaincoats revealed that she personally spoke to the wife of the 39-year-old worker.

According to Dipa, the wife, who is eight months pregnant, cried over the phone:

"I have personally spoken to the wife. She cried and I cried. I don’t know what else to say. I cannot imagine a more tragic situation."
