A group of men were caught on video fighting in a HDB estate in Singapore, videos of the incident distributed online and via message apps showed.
Alleged gang fight at Teck Whye Lane
The exact location of the fight or when the brawl took place are unclear.
However, a WhatsApp message that circulated on Thursday (Feb. 27) stated that the incident happened at 101 Teck Whye Lane.
Videos circulated on social media
Videos of the alleged fight also made its rounds on social media.
In the first 18-second video, a number of men can be seen running through a car park while shouting.
At one point, a man can be heard shouting: "Police!"
Towards the end of the video, a man wearing a light grey shirt and jeans walks around with what looks like a parang in his right hand.
The second video lasts for six seconds.
A group of five men are seen chasing after one person.
One of them lands a punch on his head.
In the third video, which is 11 seconds long, three armed policemen in heavy gear can be seen running through the car park.
Bloodied finger
The last video is of a man who apparently suffered an injury to his left hand.
An open wound above his pinky finger is visible, with blood dripping from his hand as he attempts to apply a tourniquet to stem the bleeding.
A lady's voice can be heard saying in Malay:
"Which bastard cut my brother's finger? If I find out who you are, you better watch out."
