As of Feb. 1, there has been a total of over 11,000 confirmed cases of people infected with the Wuhan virus in China.

And as the numbers climb, medical staff in Wuhan hospitals are working around the clock to tend to patients.

To better serve patients, medical staff were seen having their reunion dinner at the hospital on Chinese New Year eve:

Some images have also gone viral on Weibo, showing medical staff in Wuhan hospitals getting a quick rest.

Seen sleeping in strange positions

Photos on Weibo showed medical staff in various sleeping positions that look rather uncomfortable.

They were seen resting at office desks and counters, for instance.

Apart from uncomfortable sleeping positions, medical staff also have to constantly be suited up in uncomfortable gear.
