It later turned out that Yuan is in real-life a doctor in China.

Yuan recently went viral again for showing off her insanely chiseled body while trying on different gowns.

While she had acquired Internet fame, the reality of the situation in China was made quite stark in her last few Instagram posts.

Here's a post from Yuan three days ago.

In it she mentioned having to be on the front line to face this epidemic.

A notion shared by many on the front lines in China.

She also gave an update of the numbers in a recent post.

"171 cases of new pneumonia were cured and 15238 suspected cases were found. The healers are all treated through traditional Chinese medicine and other symptomatic treatment. We will try our best to do a good job in prevention and treatment."

The Traditional Chinese medicine practitioner spends her free time exercising, which is, in her words, a way to "prevent infection after work".

Even if she has to use a cabbage.
