The restaurant is equipped with two types of seatings: Group and solo.

Solo diners sit in a row, facing a barrier.

No eye contact with other diners. Good.

You'll get your own electric grill, which is supposed to offer a smokeless experience (i.e. no lingering smell in your hair or clothes after your meal).

The menu

The menu is divided into two sections: Set meals and a la carte.

Prices start from S$7.80 for a pork belly and chicken thigh set (100g). Set meals come with rice, soup, and either kimchi or salad.

You can upsize your rice for free.

You'll have to order the drinks are separately, though.

Here are some relatively affordable sets:

  • Beef short plate set (100g): S$8.80
  • Trio set with beef short plate, pork jowl, and chicken thigh (150g): S$11.80
  • Beef short plate, skirt steak (100g): S$12.80

For a la carte options, prices start from S$3.90 for chicken thigh. Half portions are available too, so you can get a small portion of beef (50g) from S$2.90.

You can also add a la carte options to your set meals for more variety.

However, we experienced some waiting timedue to the crowd at the preview.

Before the food arrives, you can heat up your grill first with the controls along the side of the table first.

You can start grilling straightaway after the food comes.

We got the S$15.80 like set, which consists of beef tongue, skirt steak, and beef short plate (150g).

Add on a half-portion of pork belly for S$2.90:

Perhaps our heat settings were too high, or we were just really bad at taking photos and BBQing concurrently, but we burnt a good portion of our meat.

Just a keep closer eye on it than we did, and you should probably be okay.

Also make sure to lay your meat out evenly, or you'll get this:

There are eight types of condiments that come at no extra charge, including four sauces.

  • Original BBQ sauce
  • Garlic soy sauce
  • Sea salt sauce
  • Spicy miso sauce
  • Fresh chilli
  • Garlic chilli sauce
  • Rock salt
  • Black pepper

But it is pretty much smokeless.

If your hair is smelly after the meal you cannot blame it on the BBQ.

Head over to the cashier after your meal for payment.

All prices are nett — no GST, no service charge.

Rating: Five cows ????? out of six. Minus one because tongs. Also perfect ratings are a lie.
