Tamoya Udon leaving Liang Court in Jan. 2020, moving to Plaza Singapura

Time to follow them to Plaza Singapura for great udon.

Fans of Tamoya Udon Singapore might be sad to know that the udon restaurant is leaving Liang Court in Jan. 2020.

In a Facebook post dated Dec. 6, the udon restaurant, which is famous for its chewy noodles, thanked customers for their loyal support over the past seven years.

Tamoya Udon is most well known for their, well, udon which is made with three different types of flour, and served in a dashi broth.

The udon served at Tamoya Udon are handmade daily with no preservatives added.

The restaurant has confirmed that its Liang Court outlet's last day is Jan. 8, 2020.

And here's some good news: Tamoya Udon will be opening a new outlet at Plaza Singapura next week according to the restaurant.

Its Plaza Singapura outlet is located at the 6th floor, next to the Kopitiam food court.

Liang Court to be redeveloped

Liang Court is scheduled to be redeveloped into an integrated development comprising a residential tower, a hotel, and a shopping mall by 2024.

As such, several tenants, such as Kinokuniya and Saizeriya, have already departed the shopping mall.
