Singapore police are appealing for the next-of-kin of an elderly man, Masawal Bin Ali, to come forward.
Passed away on Dec. 16, 2019
Masawal, 88, died alone at Bukit Batok Home for the Aged, located at 11 Bukit Batok West Avenue 2.
