Paya Lebar dessert spot has S$4.20 dessert cups with abacus balls, artisan jellies & soy cream

Do Qoo (pronounced as Do-Cool) is a dessert spot by Mr Bean that has recently opened at PLQ mall in Paya Lebar.

Launched in Nov. 2019, Do Qoo specialises in dessert cups with ingredients such as abacus balls, artisan jellies and soy cream.

Each dessert cup costs S$4.20, and it will cost you S$1 for each additional topping.

Here are five offerings to try when you visit them:

1) Tea-rrific Earl

Tea-rrific Earl comes with a base combination of osmanthus aiyu jelly and soy pudding, topped with earl grey tea jelly, abacus balls and nata de noco.

2) Blue Mint Monday

Blue Mint Monday consists of osmanthus aiyu jelly and soy pudding, as well as a blend of homemade minty blue pea jelly, abacus balls and brown sugar hanten jelly.

3) Golden Beauty

With layers of grass jelly and soy pudding, Golden Beauty also features homemade Osmanthus jelly, abacus balls and citrusy lychee pop.

4) Matcha Made In Heaven

Matcha Made In Heaven comes with grass jelly, soy pudding, abacus balls, blocks of homemade matcha jelly and azuki beans.

5) Yours Taro-ly

Yours Taro-ly is a spin-off on traditional taro desserts, consisting of a base of grass jelly and soy pudding, as well as a mix of abacus balls, homemade taro jelly and yoghurt balls.

Build your own dessert cup

Customers also have the option to build their own dessert cup with two dessert bases, signature abacus and two toppings of choice at S$4.20.

There are three abacus flavours: yam, yellow sweet potato and purple sweet potato.
