3 Shiba Inu dogs up for adoption in S'pore on Nov. 16, 2019

Three Shiba Inu breed of dogs are up for adoption in Singapore.

Details about the adoption drive was put up by Voices for Animals on Nov. 12, 2019.

The adoption drive details are as follows:

Date: Saturday, Nov. 16, 2019

Time: 1pm to 5pm

Venue: Sunny Heights open field

Add: 110 Turf Club Road S288000

Nearest MRT: Sixth Ave Station

• Estimated to be at least five years old

• Shed a lot

• Not that suitable for families with young children

• Not HDB-approved breed

• Might be skittish

• Must be handled with care over time

• Rough handling might cause them to be traumatised and develop isues

• Seeking family experienced with Shiba Inu breed

• Known to be escape artists

• Require experience in handling them

What to do on adoption day for those interested

Those keen to adopt have to show up at the VFA adoption drive in person.

Everyone in the household are required to be present to be interviewed and screened, including the family help.

VFA wrote that the interview will be voided as long as one family member is absent.

This strict criteria is to ensure that everyone in the household is spoken to and to make sure that everyone is agreeable to adopt a dog.

VFA stated that it does not accept any FaceTime or video call over a device.

VFA also wrote that it will not entertain direct messages sent to them at this point in time as they are sorting out the logistics of the adoption drive.
