Police are appealing for the next-of-kin of an elderly woman named Wong Siew Fong to come forward.
Former resident of Anglican Care Centre
On Nov. 1, Wong passed away at Changi General Hospital.
She was 64 years old.
Wong was formerly a resident at Anglican Care Centre, a centre under Singapore Anglican Community Services (SACS).
