The police are appealing for the next-of-kin of 70-year-old Chan Ah Tip to come forward.
Passed away on Nov. 1
According to press releases by the police, Chan was a resident of Evergreen Place.
It is a nursing home located at 30 Hong San Terrace.
He passed away at Ng Teng Fong General Hospital on November 1, 2019.
