Never mind conventional pairings like mint and chocolate, because Kit Kat is throwing all of that out of the window.
For the upcoming Christmas season, Kit Kat Chocolatory has come up with eight new flavours, five of which are inspired by local tastes.
Here's a look at them.
Singapore limited edition
1. Roti Prata with Fish Curry
Aromatic spicy fish curry with crispy prata pastry.
2. Singapore Laksa
Inspired by 328 Katong Laksa, there's apparently taupok (fried beancurd) and laksa leaves in the mix.
3. Nyonya Bubur Cha Cha
Described as a "visual homage", so we're not sure if it only looks like the dessert? Comes with desiccated coconut toppings.
Special Editions
4. Rose Bandung
Infused with rose flavoured extract and topped with rose petals and raspberry.
5. Cendol Durian
Durian, gula melaka, and coconut.
Singapore Christmas Editions
6. Mrs Claus’ Christmas Fruit Cake
Mixed fruits blended with cinnamon and nutmeg, decorated in festive colours
7. Santa’s Gingerbread Men
A combination of ginger spices and cinnamon. We've been told to look out for a chocolate Gingerbread Man.
8. Tiramisu
The dessert in chocolate form, topped with crushed roasted hazelnuts.
Additionally, flavours like Singapore Chilli Crab and Kopitiam Breakfast will also be making a return.
