Child, 5, found dead in car at Bukit Timah restricted area, body of woman, 41, found nearby

The case has been classified as unnatural death.

Two dead bodies have been found at Lorong Sesuai near Bukit Timah on Thursday morning, Nov. 14.

The body of a five-year-old boy was discovered in a car.

A 41-year-old woman was found lying motionless nearby.

According to Lianhe Zaobao, the woman is believed to be the mother of the child.

She is also believed to be Japanese.

The bodies were discovered along Lorong Sesuai, near Bukit Timah. 

Zaobao also reported that a road was marked with a "No entry" sign near the place of the incident, and the area is believed to be a restricted area.

Police told Mothership that they were alerted to the case at 6:42am, and both individuals were pronounced dead by paramedics at the scene.

The case has been classified as unnatural death.

Police investigations are also ongoing.
