Channel 8 actor Chen Hanwei hosts a reality show, House Everything, where he roasts people for their messy homes before getting experts to spruce them up.
"Is this even a room?"
In an episode which aired on Nov. 14, the actor visited the home of a young lady, Han Huixian, who works as a restaurant personnel.
Clearly, Chen underestimated what the producers had set him up for.
"Is this really a girl's room? I don't understand. I really don't," Chen mumbled to himself, in shock at the state of the bedroom.
Here's her room.
With clothes piled up everywhere, even Han herself couldn't confidently differentiate between the clean and dirty ones.
Chen: So you don't even know which ones are washed or dirty in this pile of clothes?
Han: Yup.
Chen: You still dare to say?
After pushing a wardrobe aside, Chen discovered several bags of trash hiding behind it as well.
When he opened the mini-fridge in her room, stashes of face masks which expired in 2016 and packets of expired food were discovered.
And here's an aerial view of the room:
Chen also found several bags of instant noodles lying on the top shelf in Han's bedroom.
"Did I see wrongly? Why does she have so many instant noodle packets on display in her bedroom?
Don't girls usually decorate their rooms with dolls?" The confused actor commented.
Experts intervene, refurbish room
Eventually, the room was completely cleaned out by the show's design experts and given a fresh look.
