Brandon Lee Bing Xiang, 26, was charged on Oct. 1 with taking illicit videos of at least four women in Yale-NUS College.
The Singaporean was charged with 24 counts of intruding on a woman's privacy to insult her modesty, CNA reported.
Filmed upskirt and videos of women showering
Charge sheets showed that Lee had committed the offences either in a classroom or a shower cubicle on campus from Aug. 2017 to Mar. 2019.
According to Today, the charges alleged that he had filmed under the skirt of an unidentified woman in a classroom, as well as placed his phone above the shower cubicle door to film a woman while she was showering.
The accused will return to court on Oct. 22 for a further mention of his case, CNA noted.
If found guilty, he could be jailed for up to a year, fined, or both for each charge.
It is unclear whether Lee is a student at Yale-NUS College. Mothership has reached out to the college for comment.
