K-pop star Sulli found dead in apartment

The case is being investigated.

Former f(x) member Sulli has been found dead in her residence, according to Korea Times.

Discovered by agent

The 25-year-old K-pop star was found dead by her agent in a two-storey residence in Seongnam, Korea.

Her agent subsequently reported the case to the authorities.

Police have not revealed any other details about the case, as it is currently being investigated.

Former f(x) member

Sulli, whose real name is Choi Jin-ri, debuted as a member of K-pop group f(x) in 2009.

Apart from music, she was also involved in acting.

She won the Best New Star award at the SBS Drama Awards in 2012 for the TV series To The Beautiful You.

In 2014, she went on a hiatus following malicious comments online and eventually left f(x).

However, she continued pursuing her acting career the following year in 2015.

She has appeared in films such as The Pirates and Fashion King, as well as TV dramas, such as To The Beautiful You and Hotel Del Luna.
