Lactose-intolerant readers, this is for you.

If you enjoy the taste of fresh milk, but face the runs every time you have some, you might want to give CP Meiji's new lactose-free milk a try.

The Japanese dairy manufacturer published this post on Facebook announcing the product's launch on Oct. 23, 2019:

This lactose-free milk currently comes in a 200ml size.

According to CP Meiji, it is currently available at all major supermarkets.

When we went to the NTUC FairPrice outlet at Hillion Mall on Oct. 24, the product was sadly out of stock.

It is retailing for S$1.50 a bottle at FairPrice.

Looks like you might need to wait to get your hands on it.

But if you are lactose-intolerant, it may be worth the wait.
