If you've ever wanted to imagine what rich people have for a casual lunch, this burger might be a decent answer.
The S$250 burger consists of:
- Buns covered in 24-karat gold
- 200g of Japanese wagyu beef
- Pan seared foie gras
- Banana shallots braised with champagne
- Butter poached lobster tail
- Fresh Italian truffle
- Spicy red cabbage compote
- Caviar
The burger, reportedly Singapore's most expensive, will be available from Oct. 11 - 21 at Lombardo's, a newly opened space at Duxton Road.
Profits from the "most expensive" burger will be donated to The Children's Charities Association,
Lombardo arrives from Amsterdam, where it has received rave reviews.
