New Mala dishes
Recently, they have launched a few mala dishes, such as the limited edition Mala Wanton Noodle, Fried Mala Wanton Noodle, and Mala Siew Mai.
1) Mala Wanton Noodle (S$7.90 ala carte, S$11.90 set)
The Mala Wanton Noodle consists of egg noodles, Jinhua ham broth and boiled mala wantons made of kurobuta pork, prawns, and a mala spice blend.
The set includes HK carrot cake and iced milk tea.
2) Fried Mala Wanton Noodle (S$7.90, S$11.90 set)
The Fried Mala Wanton Noodle on the other hand, consists of HK egg noodles tossed in a mala spicy sauce, along with deep fried mala wantons.
3) Mala Siew Mai (S$4.50/three pieces)
Last but not least is the Mala Siew Mai made with Szechuan spices, pork, and prawns.
Free wanton mee day
Hong Kong Sheng Kee Dessert will also be having a free wanton mee day on Oct. 10, 2019, from 11:30am to 1:30pm.
