Burger King is offering two new additions to its recent series of avocado-themed offerings.
Avocado Whopper & Avocado Tendergrill Chicken
On Oct. 29, they launched the Avocado Whopper (S$7.40) and the Avocado Tendergrill Chicken (S$7.40).
The Avocado Whopper is made of a beef patty with avocado slices, pickles, ketchup, tomatoes, lettuce and onions, topped with mayo and a toasted sesame seed bun.
The Avocado Tendergrill Chicken consists of avocado slices, a grilled chicken thigh patty, a tomato slice, shredded lettuce, mayo and a soft sesame seed bun.
The Value Meals for each burger are priced at S$8.90 each, and come with a small-sized soft drink and medium-sized fries.
Upsized Value Meals, which come with a medium-sized soft drink and large-sized french fries, are also available for S$9.50.
Customers who would like more avocado in their burgers can also choose to top up S$0.90 for three extra slices of avocados.
Charity fund-raiser till Dec. 2019
From now till the end of December 2019, Burger King will also be holding a charity fund raiser in support of the Association for Persons with Special Needs (APSN).
APSN is a social agency that provides special education for people who have mild intellectual disabilities (IQ 50-70).
Burger King will be selling T-shirts in the following two designs at all Burger King restaurants island-wide:
Each T-shirt will retail at S$20, and comes in three sizes: small, medium or large.
S$14 of the sale proceeds from each t-shirt will go to APSN.
