While everyone is spending their time at Halloween Horror Nights, there's a big night carnival happening at Tampines this October which is just as exhilarating but more affordable.
Out of the 170 stalls on offer, 64 of them will sell food. Here's a sampling from the roving carnival's past iterations:

Other stalls will sell household products, fashion accessories, phone accessories, flowers & plants, toys, and more.

There will be claw machines too.

But most importantly, Uncle Ringo is making a comeback.

Location: Open field beside Tampines MRT
Dates: Oct. 1 to Oct. 30, 2019
Opening hours: 11am to 11pm every day
The Uncle Ringo section of the carnival will only operate from 6pm to 10pm on weekdays and 6pm to 10:30pm on weekends.
