An early Tuesday morning accident in Chinatown resulted in a 62-year-old ComfortDelGro taxi driver and his passengers to be taken to hospital.
The taxi was involved in an accident with a car at the junction of Upper Cross Street and Eu Tong Sen Street at about 3.45am on Sep. 24.
The taxi crashed into a lamp-post and its bonnet was destroyed.
The white convertible involved in the accident was also totalled.
The two passengers in the taxi were aged 27 and 29.
The driver and the passengers were conveyed conscious to the Singapore General Hospital by ambulance.
Police are investigating.
